The product I wanted was front and centre, the staff were on hand to assist me with my purchase and were not robotic.

We knew what our individual needs were regarding a new bed we had excellent help from Jay at the store, he was informative without being pushy, we liked the way he kept coming back to us and advising us when appropriate but also giving us the time we needed to discuss our requirements in private.

Great customer service. Made us choosing a mattress much less stressful and was full of excellent knowledge on all products

We were allowed to browse & choose the bed we wanted without constantly being hassled by sales staff but Shaun who we dealt with was on hand when we needed him.
