We wanted 2 mattress delievered before Christmas and the service help and advice from shaun meant we will be having our product in time for Christmas. Very polite,professional and exceed my customer expectations. There is a Bensons beds next door to your unit and after 10 minutes in your store because of Shaun we stayed and purchased the items from Dreams

This was my husband and I's first time of purchasing a matress ever and the store assistant was very helpful and we ended up buying a VERY comfortable matress.

Jay was a very helpful and knowledgable assistant, not a typical sales person, which we are always grateful of as I hate hard sales. A warm and friendly atmosphere and a no pressure environment Certainly will return again

When we arrived we weren't pounced upon we were given a few minutes before shaun came and assisted up with very useful information we required and then he left us to try out all different types of matresses
