On both my visits to Dreams of Gloucester to buy a double bed, i was greeted by a salesman, Kevin & Jay both truly professional and knowledgeable of the products they are selling, great tips and very helpful, putting aside they are salesmen, they really are as before professional and knowledgeable and put me at ease to buy

I'd seen the bed frame I wanted on Dreams website but wanted to see it for real. I've been very disappointed with internet shopping in the past with quality/colours/shades being misrepresented and then costing to return items. I hasten to add that's a general experience not specifically to Dreams. So internet shopping is purely 'window shopping' for me. I was very happy with the experience in Dreams Gloucester branch on Friday 6th November. I did not go with the intention of buying the bed frame in question but the sales assistant, Kevin was very efficient, helpful and friendly so I purchased!!! The agreed delivery date is perfect for me and Kevin told me I would be called on the day approximately 2 hours before expected delivery. Perfect!!!

Kevin was extremely knowledgeable and able to answer all our queries. He was not pushy and understood our requirements and needs. Altogether a good experience. His colleague, Shaun was also helpful and both were very kind gentlemen. Short supply these days!!

Kevin was very friendly and helpful. He understood completely what we needed as customers and gave us time to discuss it privately. He was in no way pushy and made us feel relaxed and confident to place an order without feeling pressured

The staff were very helpful and polite but the process took a long time as the computer systems went down. It took 40 minutes and 5 try's by the staff as the computers kept going down and they had to start the order all over again 5 times till it eventually went through.
