Dreams - Gloucester

Sales person (Jay) was very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time explaining the 'science' behind which mattress is best. Also, I lost my phone in store whilst trying the mattresses out (this is the problem I said I had on an earlier question) and Jay found it for me. Jay was friendly, funny and an excellent representative for Dreams.

Staff very approachable, listened to our needs and were able to help us choose the right mattress for us because they were extremely knowledgable and willing and able to explain all the different mattresses in the showroom -not just the ones we were interested in.

We were served by Jay in the Gloucester store (although we understand he normally works in Cheltenham). There was no hard sell but friendly advise. He took an interest in our needs and was a pleasure to deal with.

From the moment we arrived in store the staff ( Mark and Shaun from Gloucester store) spent time helping us select exactly the right bed and mattress for us. They were exceptionally helpful and their product knowledge was fantastic. I would highly recommend taking a look at this store.

I explained what I required and the salesman immediately found what I required. I did not see any sign of sale items inspite of TV adverts but as it did not apply to the mattress I required so I did not mention it.

The sales assistant listened to what we were looking for and directed us to exactly what we wanted without all the fuss, thus reducing the need to trawl though all the various options we did not need. Made the whole experience much enjoyable for a reluctant shopper, well done!
