Dreams - Gloucester

We received an excellent welcome by a gentleman adviser. He was already attending customers but promised help soon. This help was from Louise. She was outstanding in determining our needs , showing us alternatives and making recommendations. She smoothly closed the deal and executed the administration process deftly and carefully. We are pleased with her help even though we entered the shop expecting to look, and possibly buy a much less expensive mattress!

James was amazing, he wasn't pushy or invasive. He was availavble when needed and took the time to ask appropriate questions. The variety of beds and mattress' was very good. Enjoyed the sleep analysis

Store manager welcomed us at the door and explained how to use the high tech bed machine. He then explained our results and took us around each bed. He was very professional and understood our needs. He Explained in thorough detail about the products and had excellent knowledge. He Helped us to get the mattress that suited the both of us. As our budget was on the lower end of the scale we were shown beds which were in our price range and at no point did we feel pressured into spending more then budgeted and purchasing all the additional extras which was so refreshing and a completely different experience to what we were expecting. We were extremely happy that our new bed could be delivered in the same week at no extra charge. Even though we didn’t take out any additional services we were happy that the options were explained clearly and quickly to us. Overall, excellent customer service.

James who attended us understood what we were looking for and took us around the store showing the ones that fitted our requirements and encouraged us to try the mattresses to experience before deciding on our final choice.. very helpful and knowledgeable.

Very welcomed into store - We came to Dreams first then went into Benson next but came back to Dreams. staff and range of beds was excellent. Prompt and satisfying service from Shaun, all clearly details explained and nice to be offered a drink. Very impressed with delivery time and price of bed.
