Shame Games was excellent and professional in his handling of us and his knowledge. Very good service indeed. Yet to receive the goods, so cannot comment on the product yet.

We originally went in just to look, the assistant, Shaun, was very helpful and took time to understand our needs. He was polite and very knowledgeable and suggested different mattresses bearing in mind the need not to have anything that contained Latex. Our experience was made much better by the cup of coffee offered whilst we waited for the print out of our order.

Gemma was very knowledgeable of products directed us to the range most suitable to my needs which made for a seamless purchase.

The assistants were very helpful and knowledgable but not pushy or in your face. Fully explained the difference in the types of mattresses available(using the model of what is actually inside a mattress). Showed us what would be most suitable for our needs and let us make up our own minds. Phil and Shaun were very helpful.

We were left to brows and when approached Shaun the store manager was not over powering and provided the right level of attention with no pressure or the normal hovering you can get at some stores. His knowledge was very specific and delivered in a professional manner. We did visit other bed stores but purchased from hear due to the ability of Shaun.
