Dreams - Gloucester

I knew roughly what I wanted. Gemma asked questions, made sure she understood my requirements, and showed me two appropriate options. She talked me through each mattress gave me the opportunity to try them and ask questions and then offered me a free bed starter pack with my purchase. She made appropriate small talk with me, was friendly, but didn't take up any more of my time than was necessary. A positive experience and I will be back again.

Great choice, fantastic service, nothing was too much trouble, and the tea was most welcome.

No delivery date was allocated as the stores computers could not contact the warehouse? We're still waiting for the delivery date to be confirmed

We turned up only shortly before the store was due to close but the staff remained friendly and helpful without making us feel uncomfortable about the time

We visited the store in Gloucester and were immediately greeted by Shaun. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He explained the colour coding of the products and was very keen to understand exactly what it was we were looking for. He really listened and was able to show us a good range of products. We found exactly what we wanted and he was very good in giving us some private time to discuss our purchase and make sure we were 100% happy. At no time did we feel pressured into buying anything. Shaun is a valuable employee of Dreams.

The assistant who helped me at the store was wonderful. He really made the experience very easy and pleasurable. We had just been to another bed store and the choice and prices at Dreams was 100 times better. I would definitely return and recommend.
