Our needs were met with such efficiency and knowledge of the products.

Gemma, the advisor (HG45), was extremely helpful and her knowledge of the products was great. She took the time to find the comfort level I wanted and then took me through different products eliminating those I didn't like to find me my perfect mattress. Having visited a number of other bed shops, Gemma wasn't pushy and had a lot of patients.

The member of staff was very helpful giving advice, explanations and going out of his way to meet our specific needs, taking into consideration value for money and our time deadlines for delivery.

Had lots of help from Shaun, knowledgable but not pushy, we found a bed and mattress we loved and everything went really smoothly, our only problem was dealt with efficiently
