The sales assistant, Jay, was extremely helpful in giving us the right level of help and guidance in choosing our beds. We were really impressed.

When entering the store we were left to browse in our own time without being pestered then after a few minutes the store manager Shaun came and gave us some great advise. We then went back the next day to purchase the item and he greatest us well and went through our order thoroughly. Excellent service all around.
