Sales person was extremely knowledgeble and was really helpful in making the right choices for us in our purchase and needs. Spent all the time we required with us during our visit.

There was an assistant named mark who was thoroughly professional, he had good knowledge of the products and overall very helpful

The 2 gentleman that served me could not have done enough for me it's the 3rd time I've got new beds from your store and would go back again every time . Very helpful men .

The sales lady couldn't have been more helpful. She seemed to understand my needs entirely and pointed me in the direction of suitable products, enabling me to make what is hopefully the right choice.

We had shopped around so knew the prices were reasonable. Jay advised us to get the less expensive one when we were unsure between two mattresses. He was friendly to our kids and gave them pillows too so they could join in. We had previously been to Dreams in Cheltenham before it shut and got excellent service from a young man there too.

I purchased two double beds and two Mattresses with 4 pillows. We found Shaun the assistant very friendly and helpful. As I am new to the area Shaun very kindly gave me directions to find my way around the town of Gloucester. We would definitely come back to this store.

Great personal experience

Absolutely delighted with the service received from Dreams Gloucs Store Manager Shaun’(193) & Mark (Store sales colleague). Both had excellent knowledge / service that went above & beyond those of competitive bed stores. Shaun was attentive to needs, patient with my questions & provided a multitude of information in regards to bed type, frame, mattresses, options available with no hard pressure tactics of selling what was not required. He was honest with information & worked tirelessly to prepare quote with numerous outcomes. He was happy to wait until I was able to come into store to discuss my intended purchase. As it happens I did not end up buying the bed that I thought I wanted but again he started from scratch enlightening me / my partner to 'bed needs' sleeping habits etc that can affect choice. I have been to other bed showrooms where I've felt intimidated / hounded into trying the wrong bed & have often left the store aghast at the hard-sell. Shaun and team were attentive to preparing the final quotes, running through options again to ensure we were happy before committing to sale - looking forward to receiving the perfect bed! This was the 3rd mattress in 3 years so it was very important we got this one right this time. We have previously purchased from Bensons. The assistants were superb with their advice, we were not rushed in the slightest, we were given great advice and all the time we needed. We were left alone when we needed to be. We had spent 2 hours in Bensons the day previous but they just didn't do it for us. I think it's safe to say the staff at Dreams made all the difference which is why we made the purchase. It was just a more pleasant experience overall. We cannot wait for the bed to arrive!
