The sales assistant was very accommodating and helped with the decision making process when purchasing the right bed and mattress.

I received all of the help and information that I needed but at no point was I pressured into making a decision.

The member of staff showed exceptional knowledge of the product and was able to recommend a mattress for my son who has epilepsy to help him from rolling out of bed she was pleasant not pushy and made us feel special and had her full attention for as long as we wanted. even made us a cup of coffee.

Gemma, the assistant was very knowledgeable about the products available and quickly understood our needs. There was no attempt to oversell to us which was very much appreciated. At no time did we feel pressured or rushed.

FRIENDLY PERSONEL,TOOK TIME TO EXPLAIN DIFFERENT ASPECTS OF THE ITEM.DID NOT RUSH OVER AS SOON AS I ARRIVED WHICH I PERSONALLY LIKED.

Shaun was very pleasant, offering the right level of guidance, answering all our queries, .and giving us space , all the time we needed to try beds, offering the added comfort of the correct pillows and even a drink. There was no pressure, an excellent example of a good salesman from whom we wished to purchase.

Dreams colleagues were very helpful and answered all questions we had. Store staff was not pushy and allowed you to browse the products without constantly being over your shoulder which is a major problem I have found while browsing in other similar stores.

Gemma was extremely knowledgable and helpful and she saved us a lot of time. She made the process very easy and even with 2 small children in tow, she was invaluable in helping us to identify the best options for our requirements. She was very professional and presented us with excellent options.

We attended the store looking for a specific pillow to assist my husband with his problematic neck pain. The store assistant, Gemma, did not bombard us but asked if we needed any help and when we explained what and why we were looking was able to direct us to several pillows that in her opinion might be what we were looking for. She then encouraged us to try the pillows out on a bed after enquiring which type of mattress we had at home and directing to try the pillows on a bed of similar quality. She was very patient and tried us with numerous pillows until we were satisfied we had chosen the correct one. She gave us impartial advice and sensible comparisons we could easily understand between the variations available without using jargon.
