very friendly & knowledgeable assistant Shaun. A problem I had was that I had hoped to come away with a matress but I must wait til 21st April and pay £39. (i took my van along, as the LLanelli store I used recently was able to provide a matress to take away there and then).

As when we walked into the shop we were straight greeted by a worker and asked about the beds we were looking for today.

On first quick visit to check what was available the member of staff was very helpful. On returning to look properly the staff were available for information, polite, friendly, not pushy, left us to make a decision. We wanted a guest bed which will be used about six times a year for two to five nights - the staff did not try to sell us what we did not need. As a consequence we did not look elsewhere. We will be looking to replace our bed later this year and our first port of call will be the Gloucester branch of Dreams.

The store assistant Gemma in your Gloucester store was so helpful it made a boring job of shopping a enjoyable one

The salesman was attentive but also gave us time alone to discuss in private. We didn't feel rushed or pushed into buying anything even though the salesman knew we would be looking at spending a considerable amount of money. We will definitely return to Dreams in the future for bedding/bed purchases.

The salesman was informative and had personal experience of the products and gave us plenty of time to experiment with different mattresses and then left us on our own to discuss and think about our decision, he also provided us with different types of pillows which helped us decide what was best for us, we could have bought the mattress at another store but felt the service we received was that good we purchased on the day,
