Staff not wearing face masks. However the staff were brilliant and did keep their distance. Very considerate as I am heavily pregnant. Staff also very good with our 5 year old who we had with us

Taku (staff member) was excellent, particularly liked the way he engaged with our daughter rather than us (her parents) as she was the customer. Not highly satisfied just because the selection in store was not wider and delivery not sooner - however, I recognise this is down to the fact that not every possible item can be available instantly. Would have preferred some options for better quality separate headboards and I did think these were very expensive for the quality. Happy to pay a little more for what we perceive is a better quality mattress.

The service Shaun provided was first class, he explained everything really well, and the machine to establish what bed would be suitable for our needs was brilliant. Where I have put either satisfied or not satisfied, this is not a reflect of Shaun's service. It's just that I have not slept in the bed yet so I can't offer an opinion. However, and this was an after thought after leaving the Gloucester store, but after paying near £1,000.00 for a bed, I would have thought the removal of our existing mattress would have been done for free, (rather than doing it for half price - £20.00) and maybe some half price pillows would have been offered ? Just a suggestion to enhance the customer experience.

The shop Assistant was very nice, welcoming and knowledgeable and I feel awful not to give highly satisfied. At the time I was very happy with customer service. However when I got home I thought “I didn’t try a soft mattress “ and I wished I had. Because the machine gives you a match and it is understandably only 3 it minimises the opportunity to try or consider other mattress types. I was very happy with the service provided by the shop assistant. Perhaps the method/model in which you sell your mattresses could be a little more flexible. It has left me wondering about my choice as I wasn’t given the opportunity. I almost want to go back and try others. To clarify the shop assistant was highly satisfied but the model may be limiting.

I was completely satisfied with all aspects of my visit to dreams however I knew exactly what I was visiting for. I knew what bed I wanted. That said the person dealing with me was Amazing and did the dreams bed match test to show the best choice of beds and my choice was on their. The sales man gave me expert advice on whether I need soft or firm and helped me explore my options. The only reason is because I knew the make and model of the bed I wanted.
