Generally very very good. Very strict on Covid-19 social distancing and cleanliness. Good product knowledge. Had asked if there was any potential for deals/reductions due to the amount we were spending but were told this was not possible.

As soon as we had paid for our matress the server seemed to lose interest in us and was keen to get to next customer. We were offered coffee, which we never got and when I said the delivery date was inconvenient I was told to change it online.
