Dreams - Gloucester

because I went to your Cheltenham which is still showing as open on your web site but I was told it has been closed for four years which waisted me time and money other wise I was happy with help I received from your Gloucester branch

Felt like I was being pushed into gett the most expensive mattress, then the pillows to match!!!

Price had changed a week ago so poor that wrong price was displayed . As i was only on lunch hour ( I had been in before & knew what I wanted it was frustrating

Prices seemed a lot higher than competitor

There was only one sales person in the store, due to staff sickness. We had to wait for a long time to get any assistance, however, the sales person was profession in all manners and couldn’t apologise more for the lack of staff or the waiting time.

Why go elsewhere

The in store experience was very good, and the sales assistant Shaun was very helpful. We haven't yet received the item so I cannot give Highly Satisfied until delivery and assembly of the bed has been completed.

To be highly satisfied i would of needed the ideal bed for less money than i paid

Wasn't anything to do with staff, some young lads came in the shop and started messing around. Nothing major

The only thing I can say as a negative is I had to wait till July 4th for the head board to arrive, but it was worth waiting for.
