Dreams - Gloucester

The available pricing information was not as clear as it could have been. We opted for an ottoman bed base and thought that it was priced as seen. But the pricing attached to the bed was not for the bed displayed. A bit of a frustration.

I was satisfied but even though there was a sale the cost was still above my expectations

Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable but the store is soulless

It took some time fior a member of sales staff to offer assistance.

Before being approached by a member of staff, I would have liked to have browsed and perused the mattresses for a while first. Otherwise I was very satisfied.

Minor inconveniences. Products not available in store, Price, shipping times, upselling etc. Staff and store were both great though.

You would have to sell the products at cost for me to be highly satisfied.

Only 2 sales staff and 4 customers waiting to raise an order. We very nearly left the store without making the order as the time we had to wait was far too long

The person who showed us around was very knowledgeable. But I did find calling my wife MRS all the time rather rude , I work in the retail business and I never address a female customer like that ! Madam is the word so please refer this feedback to the Gloucester store. Overall though my experience in the store was very satisfactory.
