We had to wait for 15-20 mins before we were greeted or served, but it was busy at that time. However service was provided as soon as possible

I was disappointed that the extra ten per cent offer had been removed the previous week, and the local staff had no discretion to add it back on.

It was an awful lot of money. The assistant was helpful, but the store was under-staffed. It would have been useful to have had one or two more options to consider. Dreams' sale boards felt a bit misleading. The prices on the mattress seemed the same as many other stores - there were no major reductions on what we wanted to purchase - Tempur Sensation Deluxe Double. They've been making this for some time now!

thought you could off dropped the price off the mattress a bit, because it was not in the sale

I had only one slight issue. I wanted the bed to be delivered to my new house, 2 hours away from where I currently live. I was hoping to know a rough delivery time beforehand, so that I would know if I could travel on the day to my new home to receive the bed. Unfortunately this was not possible. Although I was told that it was possible that I would receive a text the night before, this is likely to be too late and may not happen anyway. The result is that I will most likely have to go to the new house the night before and sleep on a sofa or air mattress, which isn't ideal.

Because I was initially told that there would be a delivery charge of £39. When I said I would therefore buy online rather than instore this charge was waived. So I was pleased that I didn't have to pay the charged but displeased that I was put in a position where I felt I needed to negotiate my way out of it.

When making the final selection of bed, I was not told the price differences or best offers available and felt I may have made a different choice if I had been readily advised of the cost.
