Never brought a bed before and had to ask a lot about options rather than it being readily available. Would have liked more input from assistant about this. Did not check with us about a few things so had to re-do sale couple of times.

Surprised that no beds were kept in stock. Would expect to be able to take a single mattress away with me.

Wanted to take the interest free option but had to give salary details which we are not permitted to do by employer so could not take this payment option

it must be your survey questions, because I was very happy with the service, the products, the help Shaun gave us, it was all good, thanks to the help we got it made the whole purchase so much smoother

The service recieved was fine and we were happy with the store. To rate it as highly satified I would expect something additional, above the normal shopping experience.

Charged for assembly and delivery although your online purchasers get a free upgrade on standard delivery. This should be available to all customers not just web purchasers.

The process was simple enough, however I did feel that no one took the time to explain to us what the different areas / types of beds that are available were. I felt that the sales representatives were very "salesy", and repeatedly told us about the 40day guarantee and similar things despite two or three of their colleagues having told us the same information a few moments before. No one person spent time with us. Also, upon checkout, we were a little baffled (having just spent nearly £1600) when a couple checking out next to us who were spending £700 were given free bed linen as a gesture. This was openly stated by the sales rep as she walked by us. It obviously would have been nice to receive a similar gesture.
