we found the pricing difficult to understand. we only wanted a base and thought the pricing was high for just a base. also, we clould not find a singl ottoman in oak wood nor a single headboard ib oak.

Got very confused with all the different types of mattresses, lying down on them helps, but picking the right one can be difficult.

Needed more information on getting 40"tv into an Evolution T1 tv bed. Informed it takes one but there was no information on acceptable measurements. Assumed our existing LG would fit, but after finding a customer review it seems depth upto 40 mm only. More information should be made available and for real service and choice this bed should have an additional option to choose a larger screen as we were told it can take up to 42".

After consultation with staff we made our choice of bed frame. We were given a price on the product on which was a promotion. Unfortunately when we came to order and pay for the item we were told the item was not coming up on the system. Several days later we were contacted by phone to say we could now order the item. We were quoted a price 100 pounds higher as the promotion price had ended. After refusing the new price, staff had to contact the customer service team to see if we could be offered the promotion price. It was agreed as it was not our fault the order could not be placed on our trip to the store. All ended ok but but not a smooth operation.

I thought overall the experience was good. Just the person we delt with should clarify all pieces as it can get confusing eg different costing of springs, insurance. We didn't say yet to any of the upgrades but they were added on with out us confirming
