Just took a little while to complete order and having spent over £4,000.00 i was rather unhappy having to pay for delivery and set up fee.

PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE WAS VERY GOOD, WAS WELCOMED WHEN ENTERING STORE, FOUND US A CHEAPER DEAL WHICH SATISFIED OUR NEED.

I said that I understood there was a ten year warranty with Tempur mattresses and was told that was the case. It was only later that I was informed that it came at an additional cost of £49. I am sure that there is a sound merchandising reason for not putting all the product from one company in close proximity to one another but it would have been much easier to decide which Tempur mattress we wanted if didn't have keep criss-crossing the store to try them out. Both of these were fairly minor points which did not distract from a generally satisfying retail experience.

Although staff gave us our space the pressure still was there to commit as you could see them watching. I understand that as they want a sale, but try doing it a little more discreetly. This was a lot of money our purchase and wanted to make sure it was what we wanted.

We were satisfied shopping at this store but were unable to comment on value for money as we have not received our mattress yeast so cannot comment. Staff were helpful and the order was placed straight away. Seems a bit steep that you have to pay for delivery when spending over £500.

Nothing wrong with anything on the day - just a tough marker of surveys (maybe a discount would have tipped the scoring to Highly Satisfied)

The Assistant (Mark) was very pleasant, and was able to point out a few things about the bed we bought. Explained all about delivery options and the cover we took out.

I like to browse at my leisure before asking for assistance, the assistant "unfortunately as in all stores these day's" pounced before I was ready "not his fault I would assume that's the training given"

New system being introduced seemed to be slow so waited a long time to finalise my order.
