The initial service was okay however we had to approach a customer service representative for help. Once we had made our choice we had to wait approx 45 mins to then pay for the product as other customers were prioritised ahead of us, I believe this to be down to lack of organisation within the store itself in knowing who should be have been served first. For a time where you have sales and expect it to be busy the store only had three computers, surely at least one more should be made available for the staff?! There was a member of staff who offered refreshments who was very polite and helpful when getting a drink for my child. The last person we dealt with was Charine, she was very nice and apologised more than once for the wait however this shouldn't have had to be the case in first place. Overall not a great experience for such a large organisation but was saved at the end but needs significant improvement.

I went in with a specific need for a relatively cheap mattress due to budget. The member of staff who came to help me I found to be very pushy. He was insisting that the mattress that I wanted was not suitable as a long term option and I should try to get a better quality one for a significantly higher price. Whilst I appreciate the advice, it wasn't something I could afford and I felt quite pressured by the member of staff.

I had a pretty good idea what I was after however I spent 2hrs in the shop because of a lack of staff and too many customers. I only needed 10 minutes to make up my mind which bed I wanted. The rest of the time was spent either waiting to be helped or waiting for the sales person to be finished with placing other customers orders before mine could be placed. I have since rung the store and left 2 separate messages for call backs as I wanted to add the bed disposal service and to date I haven't had a call back.

It felt very strange for your employee to stand at the end of the beds when myself and my husband was trying them out. Just made me feel very uncomfortable

I bought an Orchard Divan bed on the last day of the purported sale, 29th Dec. However, 2 days later I have seen on the internet that the sale has been extended until 2nd Jan and the price of the bed has been reduced by a further £50. I feel that I have been misled by a cheap advertising gimmick. I will certainly not return to Dreams for my next bed and I will certainly advise all my family and friends to be aware of the advertising tricks employed by your company. When is a "Sale" not a "Sale."

We were kept at the store for at least 45 minutes to an hour because the store assistant could not figure out how to correctly place our order causing us to miss prior arrangements. Initially the experience was pleasant and all went smoothly. We paid for our items, given the receipt to sign where we noticed that only 2 bedside cabinet had been ordered. From this point it took 2 sales assistants and the store manager the best part of an hour to figure out what had gone wrong and to redo the whole order and recharge us. It was an extremely dissatisfying experience

Despite free delivery being offered on line on I was charged for delivery in teh shop no option for free delivery was offered , i complained to customer services who rang my wife and fobbed her off with the difference.

We were offered upon placing the order 4 pillows. On checking our requirements against the product's measurements the order was telephoned to the store. To our surprise & disappointment we were told the pillows were no longer available. We feel this is bad customer service.

On my third visit (out of four) when i was buying a wardrobe i wanted a tie rack fitted inside the wardrobe, but i was told this wasn't possible anymore. However on my latest visit i asked the assistance (Shawn), that i wanted a tie rack and he told me that this was possible and the previous assistant was wrong. However shawn has now ordered it for me
