James was very understanding to our needs, we were not rushed, he showed us different choices styles and never once did we feel pressured to hurry up or buy something that we did not wont have already been recommending dreams to family and friends

Shaun from the Gloucester branch was the best salesman I’ve ever come across . Friendly , professional, helpful and caring about our needs . He was never pushy and offered us plenty of options with a constant smile on his face . Made us feel extremely welcome at the door and never left us feeling unsure or unwanted . He was incredibly informative and even stayed over his shift to help us get the right mattress for us . He honestly was a super star and we will be back and spreading the word about Shaun !!!! We were made welcome the minute we stepped through the door, our salesman was attentive without being overbearing, we only went in to buy a mattress not the complete bed but that didn’t reflect in the salespersons attitude towards us, we were given the whole experience we tried out the computerised bed and then made our selection based on the information given, it was only at the end of our visit that we realised that we’d been served by The Store Manager

The store manager knew about the products the benefits of the bending slats he was more than happy to let me go next to to have a look with out trying to push the bed on me, he mad me a nice coffee and he was just a friendly bloke
