Alan was really friendly and took the time to explain things so we didn't feel rushed. He gave us options but wasn't too pushy so it didn't feel like we were being pushed towards a more expensive mattress.

The colleague who helped us (I think James) was knowledgeable, helpful, gave informed suggestions, and got everything arranged swiftly.

Alan in Gloucester has a good depth of knowledge which helped us confirm our needs and style of bed. He was attentive but also gave us time to speak aside and make our decision. At no point did we feel rushed or under pressure despite us being hesitant and repeatedly trying out beds. We were unsure initially as regards mattress choice but his knowledge was particularly helpful here. We tested his mattress composition knowledge for sure ! I mean we all roughly know what style of bed we like but need help with mattress choice don't we ? He makes a great coffee too! We felt safe and comfortable in store as regards COVID regulations. This is our second Dreams purchase at Gloucester. We remembered James from our first purchase 3 years ago and hoped we would deal with him again but in no way were we disappointed with Alan and how he assisted us. Must say all the staff seemed happy in their jobs. It creates a nice relaxed atmosphere to shop in. Thank You

We came looking for a mattress. Upon entering the store we sanitised our hands and a colleague (Shaun) came over to ask if they could help us in any way. He took us over to the dream machine to recommend a list of mattress’ for us. He then showed us the mattress’ on the list and based on how we liked each on firmness or springs directed us to the two final choices. He left us to try each several times and answered any question we had, such as how long they would last. His product knowledge was excellent. Even explaining the mattress warranty which we bought really made us feel that it was the right choice

We were welcomed into the store by Alan, he was very friendly and took us through everything we needed to know, made choosing the perfect bed for us very easy! Alan gave us clear information which was very helpful and made the whole process stress free

We knew what we wanted and Shaun from the Gloucester store was brilliant in helping us to achieve this! He gave us time and space to talk through our decisions and gave us plenty of choice! He was not pushy and we felt very comfortable with his help. He was extremely knowledgeable about the product we were looking at purchasing and answered all of our questions as honest as he could!
