The salesman, Alan, in the Gloucester store was very knowledgeable and personable. Understood that we were interested in just one sofa bed that we'd seen online, took us right to it, and told us all about it. Offered us many add-ons without being pushy - overall a great, quick, efficient experience. In and out within 20 mins, with our ideal sofa-bed. Fantastic service. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family.

Shaun our assistant was very attentive, knowledgable and completely put us at ease. COVID safety was extremely high and probably one of the best places I have been too with regards to this. No issues at all.
