All the staff we dealt with went above and beyond to get our product that day. The manager (Ian (I think) - Cheltenham) was excellent and didn’t take us straight to the most expensive product but made us think about getting the ‘right’ product for our needs. Unfortunately it wasn’t in stock so straight away he sourced another one locally (Gloucester) and when we went to collect it at the other store (Jordon - I think) already had the product waiting for us. The purchasing of it was smooth and efficient. Thank you!

Shaun our assistant was very attentive, knowledgable and completely put us at ease. COVID safety was extremely high and probably one of the best places I have been too with regards to this. No issues at all.
