Shaun (the Store Manager) greeted us as we entered the store and guided us through the process of selecting a mattress to suit our needs - aided by the "technology". He listened well and at no time did we feel pressurised to purchase a particular item or any item at all. Quite frankly - as I told him at the time - this was the most pleasant shopping experience my wife and I have had for several years! (No money changed hands for us to say these things! :)

The sales person we talked to was highly knowledgeable of the product and didn't rush us and was quite prepared to answer all our questions. Overall he was very pleasant and good mannered.

Your representative Jordon was very attentive and gave us all the information we needed, for your information we went to a rival store and the customer service was very bad, so we quickly came back to place an order with Jordon as his customer service was excellent.
