We previously purchased a bed, head board from Dreams , had excellent service. So naturally did not hesitate to come back to buy a new mattress . Very impressed with the Covid precautions and as always Staff were first class.

Your representative Jordon was very attentive and gave us all the information we needed, for your information we went to a rival store and the customer service was very bad, so we quickly came back to place an order with Jordon as his customer service was excellent.

The assistant was very knowledgable and had obviously done her homework. She was helpful, gave clear instructions, answered all our questions to our satisfaction and was cheerful and friendly. There was no waiting around and the health and safety rules being practiced made us feel safe and happy.
