We were greeted soon after arriving and explained to the systems in place to ensure social distancing. We were reminded of these routines during our visit. The staff we spoke to were extremely knowledgeable and spent just the right amount of time with us and leaving us to think about the information they had given us. I definitely felt like the assistant was interested in helping us find the right option, which was not the case at all when I went into one of your competitors' stores! At all parts of the process- from greeting to purchase- the staff ensured that they explained what would happen and why and apologised for the item being out of stock!

The sales assistant who helped us was very friendly and knowledgeable. She gave us all the information we needed and then allowed us the time to look at all the various options. She made recommendations but did not try to pressurise us in any way.
