From start to finish the whole experience was made simple, we were fairly set on the bed we wanted although we were offered so much help by the store assistant. Absolutely nothing to complain about, Cleanliness & general hygiene was spot on. The layout of the store to incorporate social distancing was perfect, no complaints.

Sales staff were very knowledgeable, helpful and not pushy. Even offered coffee.

We felt that the salesperson was interested in finding out exactly what our requirements were and did his utmost to make sure that we got what we wanted.We did not feel rushed and any questions we had were answered knowledgeably .We felt like valued customers - something sadly lacking at times Well done to him!
