We felt that the salesperson was interested in finding out exactly what our requirements were and did his utmost to make sure that we got what we wanted.We did not feel rushed and any questions we had were answered knowledgeably .We felt like valued customers - something sadly lacking at times Well done to him!

I was highly satisfied with the experience nothing was enough trouble for Louise. She explained everything brilliantly showed us a range of beds and mattresses with great health and safety in place with coronavirus

Great knowledge, listened to our requirements, explained when we had questions. While offering the up-sells did not push when we said no. Did not sound formulaic when ensuring we had all the information, sounded like finding the right bed for us was important to her.
