Very knowledgeable and friendly assistant. Gave us their undivided attention and did not rush us while trying products. The sleep match technology used was quite outstanding and really impressed us with the results. We left the store after our purchase commenting what a pleasant shopping experience we had (not something that happens often I can assure you!) and very excited for our new mattress.

we were served by Alan who was very helpful, polite and rather funny. Having suffered back pain from our current mattress he was very knowledgeable in assisting us with the perfect mattress for us. Service was very quick and second to none. Will definately be back!
