Alan orginally looked after us on the Monday but we needed to talk it over. We came back on the Tuesday to make the purchase unfortunately Alan was not on duty. Instead there were three staff members, one of them (Irish accent) was dealing with a customer. The other two were trying to get a mattress in a box. We waited for some assistance which was half arsed given when trying to put this mattress in a box. I asked what the smart TV upgrade was, the male said I think £300, the female said I think £250.... this was pretty bad as I knew myself that it was definitely £200. We waited at the bed another ten minutes when the guy came back and told us it was £200, so I asked what size and make it was and he said he would need to check in a minute. It was pretty bad service (especially from sales people) so decided at that point to leave and come back the next day as they were closing in 30 minutes and felt like they never really wanted my custom. Came back the morning and Alan recognises us straight away and the bed we were looking at and made the purchase. If it wasn’t for Alan we would of gone next door and purchased a similar bed from Bensons.
