The attention to COVID-19 safety was outstanding. I am still avoiding public places if possible. The assistant was friendly and knowledgeable. Felt relaxed to try out mattresses and not pushed into a purchase. Excellent service

The Store Manager was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We attended the store twice and on both occasions spoke to the same member of staff. He wasn't at all pushy and made us feel completely at ease.

The person who dealt with us was so professional and helpful. He did not lead the conversation but listened to us very attentively and involved both of us in the conversation all the way through. I felt very safe in the store and he was very friendly from the outset. The quality of the products was very high and I came away feeling that I’ve very rarely experienced such a consistently high level of customer service as was the case yesterday. My only regret is that I did not get his name. Although the order was in the name of Jordon, that was not the person we dealt with but Jordon was the person we spoke with on a prior visit. The genetleman who impressed us so much sat at the desk next to him.sorry, but such a great experience shouldn’t gomunremarked!
