Fantastic service by Ali who looked after us without being too pushy but was there to help if we needed her. If she wasn't sure she would find a colleague to assist.

Good service. Did not pester us for a decision. We could take our time pressure free.

It was a total pleasure from start to finish with the assistant( Louise) Giving me her total attention. From suggesting I use the sleep station to showing me a range of options. Louise was extremely professional in her attention to protecting both me and other customers and I felt that no question was too much trouble. She identified my urgency in buying both a bed and a mattress and needing prompt delivery. I had decided on purchasing a mattress online but with Louise showing me a range of options which resulted in me purchasing both a bed frame and a mattress and also 2 Tempeur Pillows.
