Came to the store 8-10 weeks ago to browse for a mattress and see the market out there. Originally approached by Louise who helped assist with our needs, what we were looking for and offered to use the mattress simulator. Due to finances we could not return to purchase our mattress until just recently and was extremely impressed with shaun the store manager, again the approach of helping not selling. Immediately we knew the mattress we wanted and Shaun sat us down to come plate the purchase. Throughout the whole experience everyone in store was so lovely and such a kind nature. Comparing our experience at dreams to our last bed purchase at a impeding retailers, we felt so much more at ease and that nothing was too much hassle. I have already recommended dreams to 3 other people and will definitely be publishing a review when product received.

The service from the staff were very good from the off no pressure to buy just generally wanting us to get a good night's sleep

Shaun was extremely helpful and explained everything carefully at every stage. We were very pleased to have a coffee whilst we discussed things. Shaun was very easy to talk to and answered all of our questions. We are looking forward to the arrival of our bed
