Shaun was very welcoming from when we first came into the store. He took time to listen to what we were looking for and talked us through the sleepmatch process and gave great advice afterwards. He showed us lots of options and gave us time to browse and try the products. We didn’t feel hassled or under pressure to buy anything. He also made sure to stick to social distancing and guidelines at all time.

Staff very friendly & helpful. Social distancing was very good. We went to Benson Beds first, we just needed a base, I thought the prices were not very clear in that store. Looking as the prices in Dreams was a lot clearer and we were not pestered by the staff could look around at ease. Didn’t get the lady’s name, I would like to say thank you for your help.

Very friendly member of staff. explained the protocol of visting the store simply. extremely helpful. nothing to much trouble. also very sorry that item was out of stock & couldn't give a delivery date.
