I couldn't have been more impressed. Alan was waiting for us at the door at our appointment time and explained the social distancing measures in place. It felt like they genuinely cared about keeping everyone safe. Alan's product knowledge was excellent and he really helped us eliminate choices and gave us appropriate mattresses to choose from to meet our needs. He clearly has excellent product knowledge and this made us trust the information he was giving us. I don't always like the in store sales experience as sometimes sales people can be pushy but Alan game us time to try the beds on our own, came back when we had questions etc. It was honestly a really perfect experience and I would highly recommend.
