I was highly satisfied with my experience at Dreams. The service from staff was outstanding, the store standards were in immaculate condition. My order was processed very quick and the prices of the products I ordered were incredible! Had a very heartwarming experience in the store and I will highly recommended to friends and visit again.

Upon arrival me and my Dad were met by a very friendly Lady who catered to our needs regarding the social distancing and cleanliness rules. She made sure that we were comfortable and offered us any masks or gloves if we needed them or if we would like her to wear them instead. During the selection and buying process she was extremely helpful and polite and never once made us feel we were being pushed to purchase the most expensive thing in the shop. She talked us through all of the bed types that were related to my sleeping style and allowed me to look around the store and try out multiple different mattresses. She then allowed me to look around on my own and she was available to talk to whenever I needed her. The store itself was extremely clean and bright and overall this was a very, very pleasant shopping experience. Would recommend to many others!
