His knowledge and advice made us feel confident that we have chosen a comfortable mattress that will suit our needs. We decided on a Tempur mattress and though more money, we believe it will be worth every penny. The sales advisor Shaun was extremely professional. He answered every question I had and even gave me more information than I thought I needed. He made me feel as though this was fate and that my purchase was just meant to be . He was so positive in everything he said I did that I will now always try Dreams before I go elsewhere in future. The bed I have bought just looked perfect for my needs. The sales team as a whole worked together to assist me. Whilst only a small thing, one processed my order whilst another made me a hot drink, which in its self was excellent. I cannot say in words just how happy I was with the professionalism I received today at Dreams.
