Shaun the salesperson was very attentive without being intrusive. Clearly he was very knowledgeable and explained the various options clearly. He was impressive and made the purchase a satisfying experience. The store was well laid out, bright and clean.

Having visited other bed sale rooms ,I was extremely pleased with the courtesy and thoroughness of the gentleman dealing with us. More importantly the price which favoured considerably with previous quotes at other outlets. Quality,choice and delivery was most important also.

The sales person was Louise who offered us a coffee and showed us the products. Even though we couldn’t make our mind up between two mattresses Louise never lost interest and stuck with us. 5 star service.
