I felt the employee who helped me fully listened to what I wanted and the budget I had in mind. She fully explained the differences in the mattresses we were looking at, was very knowledgeable and kind.

James was very friendly but not overbearing. His product knowledge was great but he did not give a hard sell. The store was clean and tidy and it was great to be offered a cup of tea while I looked round/ placed an order.

We visited the store on the Saturday and were assisted by Shaun. He was extremely knowledgable about the products and took the time to understand our requirements, in particular my partners back troubles. He helped us to find the right mattress and also bed frame within budget. Shaun was really friendly and we felt free to ask him as.many questions as we had. We came in on the Sunday to purchase the bed, unfortunately Shaun was not working this day but the other colleague who serviced us was just as friendly and knowledgable. Really lovely store, would recommend to others and would return again. :)

All staff welcoming and friendly, the gentleman that helped us, Shaun, was very informative and polite.
