My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our retail experience at Dreams Glos .LOUISE was excellent , she was very courteous , friendly warm and very professional . We will definitely return to Dreams in the future .

James from the Gloucester branch made every visit up to purchasing the bed and mattress a dream! His friendliness and understanding and patience with my constant changing mind with multiple visits before actually purchasing. Every time he offered us a drink and chatted and helped get us closer to choosing the perfect bed for us!

Everything was explained properly to us about the different types of mattress available. We tried a lot of beds out. Coffee was very good

sales person Jordon was very helpful he knew what he was talking about . we tried the special bed to see what sort of mattress we kneeded with the help of Jordon and had a good chose of items to choose from . he offered us coffee . explained all about the delivery ect .
