We attended the shop not really knowing what we wanted to buy but with the advice and assistance of the shop assistant, Liam we ended up buying a top quality mattress at a very reasonable price. The assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable -it was a real pleasure.

The service we received was exceptional. We were given as much time as we required until we were satisfied with the bed to suit our needs. The make up of each was explained in full and being an upholsterer, I clearly understood the quality of such.

First of all dreams has a great variety of quality beds. There's always promotions and offers on. We got the bed we've always wanted with no hassles and delivered when best suited us. The staff are friendly and attentive. Beds are comfy so if your looking for a new bed and a better night sleep look no further. Cheap beds aren't good and good beds aren't cheap

The assistant Kris explained in great detail everything we needed to know our purchase was carried out to my car and we were very happy indeed with the service we received .

I really wasn't sure which bed to buy, I have never had a new bed before as we foster and generally spend money on what the kids need. My head said cheap and practical or my heart saying spend a little more and get something pretty. The salesman did not push and let me take time to make my decision, I dithered but eventually went for the bed I loved. It hasn't been delivered yet because we are waiting for flood damage to be fixed but I know there will be a big smile on my face when I snuggle up in my new bed.
