Store assistant was friendly and knowledgeable. Asked exactly the correct questions to allow us to hone in on our product quickly. The store was well laid out and had a clear procedure for distancing. The cost of items was clear to see with a very good selection on display. Lighting was not too bright as can be the case. They can quickly give you a headache. Value of delivery was reasonable. Delivery time was a little disappointing although understandable under the current circumstances.

The lady serving me was very professional and was able to show me what I asked for without hesitation even showing me what was available online.Gave me space in the current climate which in some places staff forget. I noticed card machine was cleaned before I paid for my purchase and was even offered a bottle of water whilst I was at desk as well.I always visit dreams first and have never had to go elsewhere yet.
