The customer service received was excellent. The time taken to answer questions and explain all products was excellent. We did not feel pressured into buying any certain product and appreciated the freedom of choice. At no point was the sales lady pushy or intrusive which made us feel happy and calm and willing to place a purchase. Great selection of mattresses available and felt the analysis to determine which type of mattress we would like was excellent. Overall, we walked in unsure whether we would buy anything and felt confident in our purchase on leaving. Thank you

I had a test to see what type of mattress I required and was given the chance to try lots of mattresses before deciding on one. Very pleased the way I was treated, couldn’t have asked for better.
