I was greeted by Robert when I walked in. My partner and I explained what we were looking for and Robert spent time going over our options for our specific needs. The prices were great and the quality seems amazing. Just waiting on the bed to be delivered

Really liked the test bed that calculated my sleep style and subsequently recommended the type of mattress I would need. The assistant took time to explain about the options and also strictly followed the covid-19 safety measure whilst respecting my experience as a customer.

All three staff members in that day were friendly and helpful. Deirdre and Melissa were both very helpful and understanding of our needs.(the other staff member was helping another customer) Our Mum is only 68 and went into a care home in May. We wanted a nice bed for her and both really helped us get the right mattress for her needs. Melissa has helped us in the past. Family members as well as myself return to dreams for our beds and mattresses as we get good quality and service.
