All three staff members in that day were friendly and helpful. Deirdre and Melissa were both very helpful and understanding of our needs.(the other staff member was helping another customer) Our Mum is only 68 and went into a care home in May. We wanted a nice bed for her and both really helped us get the right mattress for her needs. Melissa has helped us in the past. Family members as well as myself return to dreams for our beds and mattresses as we get good quality and service.

All instructions given were clear within the store regarding hygiene and H&S, sales assistant spoke clearly and was understood whilst all were wearing masks, we were offered bottled water to drink, trying out mattresses to find the right one for us was executed in a safe and hygienic manner, we were not rushed. The final stage of payment and signing was easy, all done electronically and was able to read all documents on screen then choice of having a printed copy or emailed. Thank you Natasha, delivery date agreed.
