Assistant listened to my requirements and offered advice. Her knowledge of products was excellent. Bought a tempura pillow used in demos. Have had 2 pain free nights as a result. Awaiting new mattress.

Your colleague was extremely helpfull, knowledgeable and friendly. Once the mattress had been chosen she understood it was out of my price range and gave me various other options, which resulted in a quick and straightforward sale. Also the Covid related procedures were followed exceptionally well and I felt safe during the whole buying process.
