Your colleague was extremely helpfull, knowledgeable and friendly. Once the mattress had been chosen she understood it was out of my price range and gave me various other options, which resulted in a quick and straightforward sale. Also the Covid related procedures were followed exceptionally well and I felt safe during the whole buying process.

From the moment I visited until the moment I left I was attended to and didn’t feel pressured in any way. Staff were also very kind and caring as I had my elderly mum with me and we both got a bit overheated in store wearing our face masks !! Can’t wait to get my new bed !

Friendly informative members of staff who explained everything as we went along- listened to our needs. Impressed with the sleep machine & what it did, one of the reasons we came to Dreams as well as the 40 night guarantee.
