I was in for a new bed and mattress with an idea of what I wanted. The staff were great giving me all of the information that I needed to know and all of the options available to make an informed purchase. The friendliness and service of your staff in the store I could not fault in any way. And would be happily to shop there again and recommend the store to other people however the only thing I found rather disappointing was the exceptionally long delivery delay in receiving the goods I can understand the current climate situation with this Covid but as I work in a haulage industry myself I know all too well that seven weeks is far too long for logistics given the fact that the goods were actually in stock at your warehouse. So unfortunately that is the only one problem I have found with Dreams is the disappointment of a very long delivery date.
