The staff were very good no hassle at all.

Melissa did a very good job of explaining the complex task of getting the correct bed for us.

The assistant went above and beyond and we were so pleased with the service he gave to us

Store Assistant was outstanding. We visited the store a few weeks ago and we decided to ponder over the idea. However we returned and the Shop Assistant (Melissa) remembered us, what product we wanted and what we were looking to spend.

The staff were helpful and informative but not pushy. It felt like we were in control of the sales process and the options were set out for us.

Very good serive and friendly

This is the first time I have been in a shop other than a supermarket in over a year due to COVID and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The social distancing arrangements in the shop were excellent and made us feel very safe. The knowledge of the Sales Assistant in the products was excellent and she was able to answer all of our queries to ensure we found the right mattress. Overall the experience was excellent, thank you Dreams and thank you to Deirdre, Sales Assistant we dealt with on the day.

Plenty of product choice and the store layout was open but optimal for viewing beds. The Product information was useful such as mattress type, and pricing relative to size of mattress which allowed for easy comparison. The staff we're very friendly and approachable but also keen to let shoppers have their own space. They also offered tea, coffee or water.

Staff very helpful and friendly and whilst we paid much more than we intended for the mattress we are hoping it will be worth it!
